The Marketing program at Harvard Business School teaches students how to make marketing decisions. Students learn product policy, channels of distribution, and pricing and learn to satisfy customers while making profit.

They may choose to concentrate in the highly ranked Marketing (General) Concentration or other marketing concentrations. Duke University (Fuqua) provides a first rate education in Marketing. Program was designed to give students the tools necessary in the marketing field. There are two concentration options available; Product Management, and Market Analysis & Strategy.

Hass (UC Berkley) has seven areas of fundamentals. One of these is Marketing; students study basics such as market entry, pricing, distribution channels, consumer choice,  e-commerce, managerial decisions and the role of emotions.
